Facing your fears

Everyone is afraid of something.

Everyone has fears and the best way to overcome your fears is by facing them. In order to face your fears you have to be in control by not letting your fears get in your way. Fears is like a test or a challenge. It challenges you to see if you can overcome it. Fears can be regarded as a good thing or a nightmare. It can be a good thing because it helps you to be confident to do anything. Fears can also be a nightmare because it makes you scared and afraid of it which weakens you by losing hope.

My advice to you is to think of fear as a test. A test which you can only pass if you believe and trust in yourself. Remember fear is testing you to realize your full potential and abilities
